Refund policy
We cannot offer a refund on any personalised product, unless damaged.
If an item is received damaged then we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Please get in touch within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged goods.
If you have purchased a non-personalised product, we will offer a refund up to 28 days, provided the product is returned to us in the same sealed, undamaged state as you received it in.
All return postage costs are at the buyers expense. The item is your responsibility until the item is received by us so we always recommend packing well and using a recorded delivery service. We are always happy to discuss this with you when liaising about your refund.
